Step 1: Solving

Contact us through the website or via email. You can send us quote request right away.

We will need to collect necessary information about the goods that we are going to transport:

  • quantity,
  • dimensions,
  • weight,
  • collection address,
  • delivery address,
  • timeframe, in which we are expected to perform the service,
  • customs address if needed.

We will offer you solutions depending on your needs. This may vary depending on:

  • vehicle type needed,
  • the length of the route and expected transit time,
  • timeframe and urgency of the service.

We will await your acceptance of our quotation. The next step is set in motion once we receive a confirmation.

Step 2: Transporting

We will confirm estimated time of arrival at the collection site and we will send you information about the transporter:

  • vehicle type,
  • vehicle’s plate number,
  • driver’s name.

We will confirm our arrival at the collection site and:

  • inform you of any delays at the collection site that may occur,
  • check for any inconsistencies between your order and information on the International Consignment Note (CMR),
  • confirm with you quantity, dimensions and weight of the goods before we depart,
  • send you a picture of the loaded vehicle.

We will oversee the transportation process 24/7. That includes:

  • supervising customs clearance and organizing fees for: roads, ferries, bridges or tunnels,
  • direct contact with the driver and real-time tracking of delivery,
  • regularly updating you on the delivery status,
  • being reachable by you through various communication channels 24/7,
  • if necessary, updating you about any significant delays.

Step 3: Delivering

We will confirm our arrival at the delivery site and:

  • inform you of any delays at the delivery site that may occur,
  • confirm successful unloading of the goods,
  • send you a picture of signed and stamped International Consignment Note (CMR).
